ENHANCEMENT IN THE TREATMENT OF SEPTIC WOUNDS BY VACUUM THERAPY

The doctrine of the wound process is still one challenging issues modern surgery; it reflects achievements theoretical and practical medicine technical engineering as well. Slow-healing wounds, extensive necrosis in soft tissues, trophic ulcers shins patients with circulatory disorders various aetiology, purulent bedsores, infected burn surfaces other septic-inflammatory processes are particularly difficult to treat. principles methods surgical treatment pharmacotherapy over phases aimed at reducing infectious complications core protocols provide standard guidance for appropriate prevention management wounds.
 use vacuum therapy (VAC therapy) according numerous clinical studies improves both immediate long-term outcomes, updates regimens septic especially presence associated microbial colonies.

VAC-therapy local relatively inexpensive quite effective therefore, can be recommended wider practice.
